Bluebells

What a brilliant weekend we have been having. The sun has been shinning, the temperatures are up, the summer is definitely on it’s way. On Friday evening Lorraine and I went for a walk around Portglenone Forest, and the bluebells were out. The scent, and sight of the forest floor almost completely covered in the little purple flowers was brilliant. I am not a fan of photographing flowers and bugs and things, but I couldn’t resist them on Friday evening.

Saw this fantastic video, made by Sean Stiegemeier, of the Volcano that has caused so much havoc across Europe.

Moo Minicards

I thought is was time I got my self some new business cards, and previously I had used the Moo business cards. This time I decided to go for the Moo Minicards. They are nice and small, and look great. I got 100 of them, with various selections of my photographs on them.

I was a little disappointed with how the black and white cards turned out, but after a chat with the guys at Moo, they were able to advise me on the best way to save the photos, to match their printing process. So I will give the black and white ones another go.

North West 200

I wouldn’t claim to be a fan of motorbike racing, but managed to bag some free accommodation in Portstewart over the North West weekend, and wasn’t about to turn it down.
